Prof. Wanyang Dai, Nanjing University, ChinaWanyang Dai is a Distinguished Professor in Nanjing University, Chief Scientist in Su Xia Control Technology. He is the current President & CEO of U.S. based (Blockchain & Quantum-Computing) SIR Forum (Industrial 6.0 Forum), President of Jiangsu Probability & Statistical Society, Chairman of Jiangsu BigData-Blockchain and Smart Information Special Committee. He received his Ph.D. in mathematics and systems & industrial engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology in USA. He was a MTS and principal investigator in U.S. based AT&T Bell Labs (currently Nokia Bell Labs) with some project won “Technology Transfer” now called cloud system. He was the Chief Scientist in DepthsData Digital Economic Research Institute. He published numerous influential papers in big name journals including Quantum Information Processing, Operations Research, Operational Research, Queueing Systems, Computers & Mathematics with Applications, Communications in Mathematical Sciences, and Journal of Computational and Applied Mathematics. He received various academic awards and has presented over 50 keynote/plenary speeches in IEEE/ACM, big data and cloud computing, quantum computing and communication technology, computational and applied mathematics, biomedical engineering, mathematics & statistics, and other international conferences. He has been serving as IEEE/ACM conference chairs, editors-in-chief and editorial board members for various international journals ranging from artificial intelligence, machine learning, data science, wireless communication, pure mathematics & statistics to their applications.

Pascal Lorenz received his M.Sc. and Ph.D. degrees from the University of Nancy, France, in 1990 and 1994, respectively. From 1990 to 1995, he was a research engineer with WorldFIP Europe and Alcatel-Alsthom, Boulogne-Billan-court, France. His research interests include QoS, wireless networks, and high-speed networks. He was a Technical Editor on the IEEE Communications Magazine Editorial Board from 2000 to 2006. He has been a Technical Editor of IEEE Network since 2015 and IEEE Transactions on Vehicular Technology since 2017. He is an Associate Editor for the International Journal of Communication Systems (Wiley), the Journal on Security and Communication Networks (Wiley), the International Journal of Business Data Communications and Networking, and the Journal of Network and Computer Applications (Elsevier). He is an IARIA Fellow and a member of many international program committees. He has organized many conferences, chaired several technical sessions, and given tutorials at major international conferences. He was an IEEE Com-Soc Distinguished Lecturer from 2013 to 2014.

Bok-Min Goi received his B.Eng degree from University of Malaya (UM) in 1998, and the M.Eng.Sc and PhD degrees from Multimedia University (MMU), Malaysia in 2002 and 2006, respectively. He is now the Dean and a professor in the Lee Kong Chian Faculty of Engineering and Science, Universiti Tunku Abdul Rahman (UTAR), Malaysia. Ir. Prof. Goi was also the General Chair for ProvSec 2010 and CANS 2010, Honored Chair for ISPEC 2019, Programme Chair for IEEE-STUDENT 2012 , Cryptology 2014-2016, ICDSP 2019-2021 and the TPC members for many crypto/security conferences. He was elected as Fellow of the ASEAN Academy of Engineering & Technology (AAET) and Academy of Science Malaysia Fellow on 2015 and 2018, respectively. His research interests include cryptology, security protocols, information security & biometrics, digital watermarking, computer networking and embedded systems design. Prof. Goi is a senior member of the IEEE and corporate member of the Institution of Engineers, Malaysia (IEM).

Prof. Lei Meng, Shandong University, ChinaLei Meng is Professor with the School of Software, Shandong University. He received the B.Eng.’s degree in 2010 from Shandong University, China, and obtained the PhD’s degree in 2015 from Nanyang Technological University. From 2015 to 2020, he worked successively at Nanyang Technological University and National University of Singapore as Research Fellow and Senior Research Fellow. His research interests include multimedia computing, deep learning, and its applications in healthcare and digital twin for social governance. He has published a book with Springer and fifty conference and journal papers at top and renowned venues, such as MM, AAAI, TKDE and TNNLS. He serves as the Associate Editor of Applied Soft Computing, and the (senior) program committee member of top-tier conferences, such as MM, AAAI, IJCAI, and SIGIR.

He received my B.S. and Ph.D. degree from Beijing Jiaotong University, in 2009 and 2014, respectively. Before joined HIT, He was a postdoc researcher in computer science and technology with Tsinghua University from 2017 to 2019. He serve as a Member of the IEEE and a Senior Member of the China Computer Federation (CCF). His research interest is in the area of Cyber Physical Systems Security (CPSSEC), with a focus on topics in Intrusion Detection using Lightweight Deep Learning Models.

Gongjian Zhou is currently a Professor with the Department of Electronic Engineering, Harbin Institute of Technology.
